Your oceanfront retreat provides spectacular beach, ocean, and sunrise views that will take your breath away! The condo is accessible via two elevators and includes an in-unit washer and dryer to cater to your family's needs during your stay. Additional amenities include a beachside gym, pool, and BBQ area for your leisure.

You will have full access to the entire condo, beach, and gym facilities. For your convenience, there is reserved parking for one vehicle, along with additional street parking available. We ensure your stay is hassle-free by providing ample dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper. Should you have any questions or require assistance, feel free to reach out.

It’s important to note that some construction work is currently taking place at the building (Pat's at Punalu'u). Expect to see some scaffolding and signage, as well as potential loud noises from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM (no work occurs on weekends). To accommodate for these possible disturbances, we have reduced all nightly rates by 20% through 2024. If you feel the construction may impact your stay, cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Despite this, most guests enjoy a fantastic experience here, and we believe you will too!

The property is situated at the historic Pats at Punalu'u, located at 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717, which is legally registered and exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (as confirmed by the Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting).

As a guest, you'll have complete access to the condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym, pool, picnic area, BBQ facilities, lawn chairs, and the beach itself. You'll enter the condo using two secured elevators, and parking is provided in a designated stall, with additional options available on the street.

Step outside to discover a stunning oceanfront location right on the beach! The beach is safeguarded by an offshore reef, making it ideal for snorkeling while avoiding larger waves. Nearby restaurants include food trucks offering shrimp, Thai cuisine, burgers, and Vietnamese Pho, as well as a Hawaiian ice stand and a convenience store with local food options just half a block away. You are less than 5 miles from the renowned Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii’s top paid attraction that draws millions annually with its entertainment and luaus. Grocery stores and a Longs drugstore are also conveniently close by. Just five minutes away, Laie Beach Park offers excellent conditions for body surfing with consistent waves.

During winter, the North Shore treats visitors to impressive 30 to 40-foot waves, attracting some of the world’s best surfers. Explore Waimea Bay and the picturesque Waimea Falls Park, known for its sacred sites, waterfall, and hula performances. Continue to the charming town of Haleiwa featuring numerous art galleries, boutiques, and eateries. Additionally, horseback riding is available nearby, and the beach is just outside your door!

Getting around is easy, as you have access to a personal parking space near the elevators, and a bus stop is just steps away for convenient island travel to popular attractions and world-famous beaches.

Please note: The property has been newly remodeled as of 2022, providing unobstructed ocean views and refreshing ocean breezes. Parking is reserved for one vehicle, with additional public parking on the street. Regrettably, pets, smoking, and parties/events are not permitted. The condo operates as a 100% legal vacation rental, exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (per Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting).
